My family has eaten at this location a lot, several times a month, it is one of the best Mexican rest. in Tucson, the food is great & always consistent, highly recommended. previous posts seem like a disgruntled employee.

I am a former server of the Mosaic, the original one on Silverbell and Grant. I just want people to know never ever to eat there! The conditions in the back are discusting and I would never eat their. Plates and cooking utensils are dirty and reused!

I am a former server of Mosaic Cafe Dos on Ina and LaCholla and just wanted to inform you of the horrible sanitary conditions of the restaurant. The owner instructs the servers to save uneaten chips from the tables so they can be regiven to new guest
