Rosati's is a long-time favorite of mine, but I hadn't been there since moving away from the Tanque Verde valley area (their phone number was still in my cell phone). I made the special trip last week to pick up a deep dish pizza with sausage, ham, bacon, pineapple, and fresh tomatos (a bit more than $20 picked up).

The deep-dish has tons of cheese on the bottom and the sauce is on top with the (of course) toppings. We really enjoy the change from regular pizzas and Rosati's does an excellent job. One or two slices will do you for the deep-dish.

Rosati's also has pasta, sandwiches, and salads..... but I have a hard time tearing myself away from the "Chicago Style"!
