We had dinner there last night -- we always enjoyed lunch and looked forward to dining. We arrived at 6:05 PM and we finally recieved our meal at 7:00...too many alternatives within a half mile to risk bad service again.Review by anonymous on March 7th, 2008
We recently dined at the Jasper Cafe, and while the service was reasonable, I was dismayed to hear loud, offensive language coming from the kitchen area, and from a woman, no less. My husband and I have no intention of returning to this establishmentReview by anonymous on February 14th, 2008

Went for lunch for the first time today (Wed, 12pm) and all in our party had great salads, fresh and perfectly dressed. Our waitress was wonderful- I'll definitely go back and keep my fingers crossed to not experience the rude service mentioned here.Review by anonymous on August 16th, 2007
(continued)...the restaurant was nearly empty! Other patrons were shocked and we were rather embarrassed. I will NEVER go here again. The waitress (frizzy hair) was beyond rude.Review by anonymous on August 16th, 2007
My friend and I met here for breakfast, which was decent. Service was TERRIBLE, and very inattentive. We stayed for about two hours talking, and were asked to leave by the waitress. It was now "lunch hour," though the retaurant was nearly eReview by ladybug on July 30th, 2007
I frequently bring out of town visitors to Cafe Jasper, especially for breakfast and they are impressed by the food and the service. We are treated with courtesy, allowed to sit and talk after eating without being disturbed by the waiter/ess except to refill coffee cups.Review by anonymous on June 13th, 2007
I also had an unpleasant experience with woman who does the seating (the manager?) at Cafe Jasper. I enjoyed the food, but won't go there again.Review by anonymous on March 25th, 2007
Cafe Jaspers has been the best thing for breakfast that has been in the foothills in years. I am a very picky eater, after eating there once I could eat there everyday.Review by anonymous on February 20th, 2007
RE: comments by party that was asked to leave.Review by anonymous on January 26th, 2007
We have eaten here several times, and while the food is good, the manager has asked us to leave on THREE occasions for staying too long. On our third visit she was rude about accomodating our group size. Needless to say, we won't be returning.Review by anonymous on November 28th, 2006
This is not your big box restaurant like Coco's or Denny's. Small, intimate and fabulous food. Love that it's family run - cannot wait to go back.Review by anonymous on November 26th, 2006
Was there for breakfast on Friday, great french toast stuffed with bananas. Then again for lunch on Saturday, I had a chicken burrito with green sauce and my friend had the roast beef sandwich both were top quality. Get there early, avoid the rush.Review by anonymous on November 4th, 2006
Poor service! There's a 30 min."no food served" from 11-11:30am between breakfast/lunch. I called a to-go lunch order for 5 and would have been happy to wait until 11:30. Order was refused;would not even write it up.Took business to AJ's.Review by anonymous on August 30th, 2006
Good food and their scones are incredible!Review by anonymous on April 6th, 2006
The BEST in the area!Review by anonymous on December 12th, 2005
One of the best neighborhood places in town. Sunday brunch is especially good.Review by anonymous on October 24th, 2005
Was not allowed to eat by rude manager. She made no effort to allow our group to sit together, and told two of our group there was no room to eat and that we would have to leave. She was rude, had a bad attitude and was not at all helpful.
