Tucson's love affair with breakfast continues at the Egg Connection. After a delightful breakfast here I am left with a single overarching question: in the current environment of exponentially increasing transportation costs, how can this place offer so much good food for so little money? They could probably stand to improve the quality of their jam and maybe use real butter instead of hydrogenated spread, but their homemade biscuits will fill your heart with joy.
