we've tried several times to eat here- hoping the service would be "better next time". no luck. the food is great, but we have noticed that the staff is much nicer if you are fluent in spanish (or maybe hispanic). what a bummer.

I've eaten at Rosa's for over 20 years and would recommend this homey, good tasting food to anyone looking for a delicious, savory taste of real Mexican food! Why travel south when we have the best here? Keith
